Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager who can drive strategic initiatives while ensuring operational excellence within the Strategy team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and reinforce operating rhythms to ensure smooth organizational function

Coordinate across cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and removing blockers

Communicate complex program statuses and decisions clearly to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

3 to 5+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or business operations

Experience supporting cross-functional teams in technology or related environments

Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Airtable, Miro)

Experience in strategy, product, or go-to-market teams is a plus

Familiarity with AECO workflows or industry concepts is helpful but not required
