Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $72.75 - $78.75

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm
• Patients per day : Patient volume expected 18 minimum
• Practice Setting : Medical Clinic
• Scope : Cases are 95% adult, 60% geriatric, and less than 10% are pediatric and obstetrics.
• State Licensure : Active State License Required
• Credentialing timeframe : 60 days
