We’re currently seeking a Primary Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is energized by patient interaction, committed to excellence, and excited to be part of a team that makes a real difference every day.

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient
• Provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of physicians and office leadership
• Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and maintain accurate EHR records
• Administer medications and injections safely and accurately, ensuring complete documentation (medication, dosage, route, lot number, and patient response)
• Update patient information at each visit, including medications, allergies, and medical/family history
• Answer patient phone calls, assist with questions, and route messages to providers efficiently
• Support smooth clinic operations while maintaining professionalism and compassion

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and clinical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed
