Overview

Epstein is seeking a Payroll / Accounting Specialist to join our Corporate Services team. This position is required to partner with all levels / disciplines within the organization so excellent verbal / written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are a must. The selected individual must be dependable, organized, and detail oriented.

Payroll Responsibilities :

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
• Maintain payroll tax profiles
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and employment laws and requirements
• Review and verify timesheets on a weekly basis
• Assist HR with other duties

Individual compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant education, experience and training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure / certifications and location. Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
