Maintenance Technician

Staffmark is seeking new talent in Concord, NC ready to join forces with a leading corporation. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to be a part of our client's exciting future and fast-growing success!

Pay Rate : $27 - $28 / hr. (Depending on experience)

Schedule : 2-2-3 schedule, 12-hour rotating shift, 6pm - 6am

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machines, conveyor systems, and facility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using testing instruments; repair and reassemble machines as needed.
• Fabricate and install repair parts using machine shop tools and equipment.
• Install, adjust, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, motors, and switches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical problems quickly to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance activities through shift reports and work orders.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or management.
