About the Opportunity
Flagstaff Bone & Joint is seeking a Part-Time Hand Therapist to join our collaborative orthopaedic and therapy team. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys autonomy, a steady outpatient caseload, and the opportunity to work closely with board-certified orthopaedic hand surgeons.
Our integrated therapy department offers a strong referral base, advanced equipment, and a supportive, collegial environment where excellence and patient outcomes are our top priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with hand and wrist injuries
- Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
- Fabricate custom splints and provide post-operative rehabilitation
- Collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons and therapy colleagues for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements :
Active or eligible Arizona Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy licenseCertified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred, or candidates actively working toward CHT certificationMinimum 2 years of hand therapy experience requiredBLS certification (American Heart Association)Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-education skillsFlagstaff Bone & Joint is an equal opportunity employer.
