Job Title : ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Position Overview : As an Implementation Specialist, you will develop solutions for new and existing customers, provide Level 2 support to our operations team, and manage regression testing for releases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Solution Architect to understand project scope and deliverables.
- Implement complex solutions using our client’s form designer, creating entities, scripts, business rules, UI Actions, email notifications, reports, and other components.
- Document all requirements and pertinent implementation information, including code, form designs, and custom scripts. Participate in post-mortems and assist in creating case studies.
- Provide Level 2 support and mentoring to the Operations Team.
- Manage and execute comprehensive regression testing prior to software releases.
- Identify and report bugs.
- Clarify and improve product documentation.
- Create technical knowledge articles for new capabilities and technical requirements.
- Document new feature requests with clear descriptions, specific use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Qualifications :
Strong development skills with proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and REGEX.Excellent documentation skills.Effective communication with customers and internal teams.High-level problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Minimum of 6 months – 2 years’ experience with ServiceNow and SQL databases.Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, Azure DevOps, Teamwork, iOS, and Android configurations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fully remote position requiring self-discipline and accountability to meet deadlines.Willingness to travel, 25% or less.Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of ITIL frameworks (Asset Management, Incident Management, .Certified ServiceNow Administrator and ITIL certifications.
