Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Manager with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and team leadership. The ideal candidate demonstrates a holistic understanding of facility operations as they relate to total patient care.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace, supporting departmental organization, and working effectively with patients and families of diverse backgrounds. Collaboration is essentialthis role partners closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Job Duties / Requirements :

5+ years of experience in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy

2+ years of supervisory or management experience with progressive responsibilities

Acute Care Hospital or Acute Rehabilitation Hospital experience preferred

Graduate of an accredited therapy program (Bachelors or Masters)

Current California PT, OT, or SLP license

Current BLS (AHA) certification
