Technology Transformation Principal

A company is looking for a Technology Transformation Principal to support the integration of organizations in the life science and healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation plan and timeline for systems, data migrations, and process alignment

Track project milestones, identify bottlenecks, and escalate risks to senior leadership

Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate regular status meetings to ensure alignment and progress

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field

2+ years of project coordination or project management experience with cross-functional teams

Prior experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale business integrations preferred

Familiarity with technical systems such as Salesforce and cloud platforms is a plus

Strong organizational and time-management skills
