Job Title : Inventory Specialist

Job Description

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Inventory Specialist where you will manage inbound shipments, organize parts, and maintain inventory logs. You will ensure that production has the necessary components to complete assemblies efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and check for visible damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate counts of parts and materials; update ERP / Notion systems in real time to reflect stock levels.
• Deliver and stage materials to designated build areas and workstations based on production schedules.
• Assemble kits of parts for builds, reworks, or field upgrades to ensure technicians have complete and ready-to-use sets.
• Manage movement of materials in and out of stock; properly tag returns, defective parts, and rework items.
• Keep storage areas neat, labeled, and easy to access for technicians and engineers.
• Prepare outgoing parts for shipment to customer sites, including packaging and documentation.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as the first point of contact for manufacturing techs and engineers when parts are needed on the floor.
• Suggest improvements for labeling, staging, and inventory workflows to drive efficiency.

Work Environment

You will work in a small team of 5 people with hours from 8 : 30 am to 5 pm. The dress code is casual, allowing for jeans and a plain shirt.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 / hr.
