Treasury Analyst
Aston Carter is partnering with a reputable client seeking a Treasury Analyst for a 3-month contract with the potential for extension. They're looking for someone with experience in banking or financial services and a bachelor's degree. This role will support the team through a high-volume period and offers a hybrid schedule, requiring only 610 on-site days per month.
The Treasury Analyst will support the treasury function by assisting with cash management, financial reporting, and the analysis of treasury operations to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial risk.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily cash positioning and reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate reporting of cash balances across multiple bank accounts.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and update treasury management systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of treasury-related reports for management, including cash flow statements and investment performance summaries.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and other departments on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Essential Skills
Strong understanding of financial concepts, including cash management, banking operations, and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate data and use pivot tables.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in a treasury, finance, or accounting role, preferably within a corporate environment.Experience with treasury cash management systems or ERP systems; familiarity with Workday is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
