Now Hiring : Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

Location : Sussex, WI

Schedule : Sunday-Thursday from 10 : 45 PM-7 : 00 AM

Pay Range : $2.00 / hour shift differential

Are you a skilled technician with a passion for solving complex electrical and mechanical challenges? Join our team in Sussex, WI, and help keep our cutting-edge converting, printing, and extruding equipment running at peak performance.

What You'll Do :

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform a wide range of advanced maintenance tasks with a focus on electrical troubleshooting and equipment reliability. Your responsibilities will include :

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical / electronic systems and components
• Programming PLCs and installing new machinery
• Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Managing parts inventory and sourcing materials
• Supporting special projects and ensuring timely completion
• Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to root cause analysis
• Promoting safety and reporting any unsafe conditions
• Assisting other departments and cross-training team members
