The Work

You won't be sitting in a facility. Youll be out in the community, networking, and helping people develop skills that actually matter. Youll work closely withWork With Purposeto bridge the gap between "pre-vocational training" and actual self-sufficiency.

The Gauntlet

1. Round 1 - Vibe Check:Youll do a video assessment via Willo so we can see your energy before we meet.
2. Round 2 - The Profile:We use CliftonStrengths to see how youre wired. We only put people in positions where they can win. You will do a live interview with our hiring team to review the results.
3. Round 3 - The Shadow:Youll join us for a job shadow. Youll see the high bar we set, and well see if you can clear it.
4. The Launch:Our 1-60 day training is aggressive. Its designed to weave you into our culture so that by day 61, you live and breathe Avant values.
