Who you are :

As a Senior Security Architect , you are our leader. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective IT Security Architecture processes for the organization’s Enterprise Information Security Program. In this role, you will manage a team of IT Security Architects, provide security leadership to matrixed project teams, and provide technical expertise in areas of application security, infrastructure security, and identity management. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality service and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do :

• Develop and oversee effective IT Security Architecture processes for the organization’s Enterprise Information Security Program
• Participate in IT project teams to ensure practices are meeting the established Frost standards and the applicable regulatory guidance (PCI, FFIEC, ISO, etc.)
• Lead and document risk assessments by identifying and evaluating threats, mitigating controls, and impacting risk probabilities
• Proactively contribute to the Security Architecture team to include direction on technical controls, program development, and metric reporting
• Facilitate and support Enterprise Information Security Program auditing and regulatory examination processes as well as IT risk and business enablement procedures
• Communicate with employees, vendors, and auditors to ensure that internal controls are in place and functioning properly
• Always take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
