Position Summary

We are seeking a SRS Disbursement AP Specialist to join our growing Finance team. This hybrid role will be responsible for executing disbursement operations including processing fund distributions resolving payment-related issues and coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail thrives in a high-volume transactional environment and is passionate about delivering timely accurate financial operations support.

Key Responsibilities

SRS / Heritage Disbursement Processing

• Pull and review all payment run reports collaborate with managers to ensure accurate balancing and obtain management approval for timely payments
• Validate disbursement applications for accuracy completeness and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely receipt and review of all documentation required to complete payment runs.
• Execute disbursements in core systems and monitor transactions through to completion.
• Process daily clearings of all financial transactions verifying classifying and recording AP payments through the companys ERP system
• Initiate and process domestic and international wire transfers
