Kitchen Attendant

Job Title

Responsible for washing pots; recording dish machine - pot machine temperatures; record PPM. Set-up, clean and sanitize dish machine - pot machines. Responsible for refilling hand soap dispensers throughout the department as well as replenishing paper towels as needed. Removal of recyclables and regular trash from department to dumpsters at the loading dock. Sweep and mop all floors within the department. Spot cleaning as assigned. Assist storeroom as assigned - necessary.

Experience Required

3-5 years custodial experience; pot washing and dish room experience preferred.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Special Requirements

Knowledge of PPE and cleaning supplies / chemicals. Knowledge of SDS (formerly MSDS).
