Shift : 1st Shift | 6 AM - 2 : 30 PM OR 2nd Shift | 2 : 30 PM - 11 PM (Mandatory OT plus alternate weekends)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of prior experience.
• Ability to learn belt grinding techniques and follow instructions closely.
• Basic understanding of hand tools and measurement instruments.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detai l.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
• Comfortable working around sparks, grinding dust, and noisy equipment (with PPE).
