Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
Ability to accurately enter and update data in company / client systems
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend shifts
