Marketing Coordinator

A company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid - Houston, Texas based).

Key Responsibilities

Manage Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including structure, uploads, and user training

Support marketing operations by processing purchase orders, tracking invoices, and managing vendor relationships

Assist with cross-functional support, including asset request triaging and event logistics coordination

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or operations

Experience with Digital Asset Management systems (Bynder preferred)

Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office

Experience with purchase order processing and vendor coordination
