[job_card.job_description]Manage daily payment batches, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting ACH and wire transfer files Oversee and maintain the AP inbox, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries Serve as primary point of contact for vendor communication, addressing questions, discrepancies, and payment status requests Execute full-cycle AP processes including invoice receipt, coding, 2- and 3-way matching, approval routing, and entry into the accounting system Process high volumes of invoices, primarily related to supplies and contractor services Partner with internal teams to allocate invoices appropriately as they arrive and ensure accurate distribution across departments Support month-end close activities by managing increased invoice volume and ensuring all AP transactions are recorded accurately and on time Assist with process improvements, documentation updates, and other AP-related tasks as needed
Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist

Compensation : $30 - $36 / hour

Qualifications :
- 5+ Years of AP experience
- Technically savvy- strong Excel skills, Great Plains, Coupa, and Concur are a plus
