Provide Whole-Person Care in a City That Lives and Breathes Southern Soul
If you're a licensed Nurse Practitioner with a heart for meaningful connection and a sharp clinical mind, this is your opportunity to step into a role where your skills are valued, your autonomy is respected, and your impact is deeply felt. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newly certified NP, you'll be joining a care team that believes in slowing down enough to listen, treating the whole person, and doing the work that changes lives - not just symptoms.
This is a place where you'll lead care conversations, shape individualized treatment plans, and collaborate across disciplines with professionals who trust your judgment. From preventive care and diagnostics to managing chronic conditions and patient education, you'll be a guiding presence throughout every phase of a patient's health journey. You won't just show up to practice - you'll show up with purpose.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll conduct physical exams, assess patient needs, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans that consider not just clinical presentation, but each patient's life, goals, and challenges. You'll prescribe medications and therapies, offer education and lifestyle guidance, and support your patients in making sustainable health decisions. Alongside physicians, specialists, and nurses, you'll play a critical role in delivering connected, compassionate care across the continuum.
Why You'll Love the Team - and the Culture That Runs Through This Region
You'll be welcomed into a care environment that's built on collaboration, mutual respect, and a shared belief in doing the right thing for patients - even when it takes more time or effort. We invest in our team with professional development, mentorship opportunities, and leadership pathways, and we make sure that your growth matters just as much as your outcomes.
But what makes this opportunity truly special is the setting. Situated in the heart of the Peach State, this region offers far more than its famous blooms and southern charm - though you'll find plenty of both. There's a heartbeat here, a rhythm that plays out in music that made history and still fills the streets. This is the hometown of legends like Otis Redding and Little Richard, and their spirit lingers in the air - in the local festivals, the jazz clubs, and the deep appreciation for creativity and expression.
You'll find antebellum homes with wraparound porches, tree-lined streets that blush pink each spring with cherry blossoms, and a downtown where vintage meets vibrance. Local diners serve recipes passed down for generations, and community events - from food truck Fridays to soul and blues concerts in the park - bring everyone together. Beyond the music and history, there's nature too : rivers for paddling, trails for biking, and quiet parks where you can sit with your thoughts under live oaks.
It's a region that honors its past while investing in its future. Whether you're looking for a strong community, a slower pace, or just a place where your work can matter without losing yourself in the rush - this is that place.
What We're Looking For
You'll need a master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, a valid NP license in Georgia, and board certification in your area of practice (FNP, AGNP, etc.). Previous clinical experience is a plus, but we welcome confident new grads with great communication skills, clinical insight, and a heart for helping others thrive.
Let's Redefine What Healthcare Can Feel Like - Together
If you're ready to bring your knowledge, your heart, and your whole self to a team and a community that truly sees and values you, we'd love to talk. Apply today and help shape a healthier, more connected future - for your patients, your practice, and your own life.
