TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Lubbock, Texas, 79410!
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Document patient care accurately using hospital EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
• Provide patient and family education on treatments and discharge plans
