What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of patients with individualized care plans

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans

• Deliver skilled nursing care, treatments, and medication administration

• Educate patients and families on managing conditions and improving quality of life

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to ensure safe, coordinated care

• Accurately document visits to maintain compliance and care continuity

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN license in Oklahoma

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)

• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Pay & Benefits

• Full-Time: $40/visit

• SOC (Start of Care): $100

• ROC (Resumption of Care): $75

• Recertification: $60
