Finance Supervisor

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Supervisor to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $75, to $, per year.

Job Responsibilities :

Prepare monthly business performance reports including financial results, key metrics, and variance analysis

Analyze financial performance and present insights and recommendations to senior management

Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with corporate goals

Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis

Assist with strategic projects and M&A activities, including due diligence and post-transaction support

Requirements :

Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles

Use Microsoft Excel proficiently for financial modeling and reporting

Work effectively with accounting systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms

Communicate clearly in both English and Korean; bilingual proficiency is preferred

Supervise financial reporting processes and support cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications :

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Bring 5+ years of direct experience in finance and / or accounting; public accounting experience is preferred

Possess 1+ year(s) of supervisory experience in a financial role

Maintain or be working toward CPA, CMA, or CFA certification; certification is preferred but not required

Contribute to strategic decision-making through cost analysis, investment evaluation, and portfolio review
