Primary duties of the
HR Generalist :
Lead and manage the full onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, I-9 verification, and coordination of all pre-employment requirements
Process and support payroll activities such as timecard review, data entry, adjustments, and ensuring accurate, timely payroll cycles
Administer leave of absence programs (FMLA, personal leave, medical leave), ensuring compliance, communication with employees, and proper documentation
Serve as a primary HR point of contact for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent adherence to company policies and compliance standards
Preferred qualifications :
Previous HR experience
Can multitask and have great attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast paced environment
Professional and good communication skills
Salary : $55,000-$65,000
