At  Bradley Estates Nursing,  our nursing staff are overly courteous, respectful and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Our primary goal is to get you back in a condition to be independent once again while maintaining a friendly environment and providing nutritionally enhanced meals. We are currently recruiting for a  Business Office Manager (BOM)  to join our team!

Duties and Re sponsibilities :   Business Office Manager (BOM)

  • Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion
  • Performs business office functions under the direction of the Administrator in accordance with sound accounting practices
  • Responsible for all aspects of the resident trust account (RFMS)
  • Assist in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) process
  • Ensure timely collections and deposits of all checks
  • Ensures procedures are followed to achieve an accurate and timely closing at month end and is the coordinator for the triple check process

    • Manage the medicaid pending process including coordinating with the families and the helping with the needed documentationa and spend down

    Qualifications and Skills :   Business Office Manager (BOM)

  • Nursing Home experience required
