A company is looking for a Home Loan Processor II.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare government-backed mortgage loans for initial underwriting submission by conducting pre-underwriting reviews

Manage applications and documentation to ensure timely clearance of pre-closing conditions while maintaining communication with stakeholders

Stay informed about regulatory standards and ensure compliance with all loan conditions and guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred

Minimum of three years general mortgage lending experience, with at least two years in mortgage processing

Preferred experience in processing government-backed mortgage loans such as FHA, VA, or USDA

Proficient in MS Office programs; Encompass experience preferred

Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with remote work options available
