Accountant

Responsibilities

:

• Maintain accurate and complete financial records for all organization activities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• Track and report on grant spending and compliance
• Reconcile accounts and prepare documentation for audits
• Support annual audit and tax filing processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a non-profit setting
• Familiarity with non-profit accounting standards and grant tracking
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
