RN - ICU/CCU

Position Overview

Medical Center is expanding its Critical Care Per Diem Pool and is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for a long-term day shift assignment.

Candidates must be available to work weekends. Preference will be given to clinicians who can commit to a full schedule through the end of January and the first week of February.

Minimum Requirements

• Current and valid California RN license

• Minimum year of acute care hospital experience in Critical Care/ICU

• EPIC EMR experience required

• Weekend availability required

Required Certifications

• BLS

• ACLS

• PALS / NRP (as required by unit)

• CCRN preferred

Compliance Requirements

Minimum compliance must be completed prior to start. Full compliance profile must be completed within two weeks of the start date.

Non-negotiable compliance items include:

• RN license verification

• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination (or attestation/declination)

• Negative TB test

• Drug screen and background check (completed shortly after first shift)

• COVID- vaccination/boosters preferred
