STORE MANAGER, OUTLET

As a Store Manager, you will develop a dynamic team that is focused on the client experience and building lasting relationships, while strategically driving the business through proactive planning, innovation, and execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

  • Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
  • Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent
  • Deliver operational excellence in all store processes
  • Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals
  • Create foot traffic through community involvement
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment
  • Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology

  • Drive Operational Excellence and Sales Performance — Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective planning, execution, and teamwork.

  • Uphold Brand Standards and Operational Compliance — Maintain consistency and excellence across all store functions.
  • Optimize Resources and Productivity — Maximize efficiency while protecting profitability.
  • Attract, Hire, and Retain Top Talent — Build a dynamic team that embodies the brand and drives results.
  • YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE :

  • 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
  • Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).

  • Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members in both written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to work in busy environments, including but not limited to working under bright lights, with music, and during peak traffic hours.
