Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to gather role details and support recruiting readiness activities
Assist with sourcing candidates and perform initial applicant reviews to assess qualifications
Coordinate interview scheduling and provide administrative support for onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or related roles
Comfort working with recruiting tools, HR systems, or ATS platforms (training provided)
High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive information
Motivated self-starter with eagerness to learn core recruiting skills
Interest in HR career growth, including recruiting operations or People Ops support
