Job Description

As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships. Your primary focus will be selling Auto, Home, Landlord, and other personal lines insurance policies while providing exceptional customer service. Preferably licensed, and experienced in insurance sales to be considered for these positions.

MUST ALREADY HAVE TX PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE

Remote option after 6 months of in office work experience

New Business Commission pays upto 15% based on tier on top of monthly Bonus and competitive base salary

$120,000+ is possible per year with the higher sales + BONUSES + Salary + Commission

Base Salary Plus Commissions

Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads to identify potential clients.
  • Educate customers on insurance products and tailor policies to meet their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and Allstate products.
  • Stay compliant with all state and company licensing requirements.

    • Requirements

  • Must have a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in Texas.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
