Graphic Designer

Position Overview

TECHLITE is a Tempe, AZ-based manufacturing company that specializes in producing melamine foam for insulation and acoustic products. We are searching for a Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Tempe facility. The position is full‑time and onsite only; no relocation assistance or visa sponsorship is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website content, advertisements, and presentations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the website.

Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.

Support the marketing team in coordinating and executing promotional activities, events, and campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve materials.

Provide design support to other departments to maintain brand consistency.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative work across print and digital platforms.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Collaboration skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

Eagerness to learn and grow in both graphic design and marketing disciplines.

Experience with 3D rendering, video editing, and large flatbed printers is a plus.

Compensation

$41,000 – $65,000, DOE
