A company is looking for a Program Operations Manager to lead process and tool optimization within their field service organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement operational process and tool changes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
Establish partnerships with cross-functional teams to influence roadmaps that improve the customer experience
Collaborate with operational leaders to plan and implement changes to existing services and tools
Required Qualifications
7+ years of cross-functional process / service delivery experience
5+ years of team management experience in customer-facing operations
3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience defining process requirements and using data and metrics for improvements
Experience in businesses with field or remote service delivery is a plus
