Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting. / ph3Principal Duties and Responsibilities / h3ulliMaintain accurate and thorough documentation on candidates, hiring decisions, and all talent acquisition activities / liliUtilize diverse sourcing strategiesincluding LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, industry events, and other recruiting platforms / liliBuild and sustain a strong talent pipeline / liliCommunicate consistently and professionally with internal stakeholders / liliCommunicate consistently and professionally with internal and customer hiring managers / liliDevelop and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future openings, with a particular focus on specialized technical roles / liliEnsure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication, clear expectations, and constructive feedback / liliPlan and conduct recruitment screening calls with candidates and hiring managers / liliConduct candidate phone screens and coordinate all subsequent interview scheduling / liliAdhere consistently to established Talent Acquisition processes, procedures, and compliance standards / liliMaintain up-to-date internal trackers for open positions and candidate progress / liliPerform labor market research to support hiring strategy and workforce planning / liliEnsure all hiring practices comply with EEO, OFCCP, and internal audit requirements / liliAnalyze hiring trends, candidate expectations, and labor market conditions, and present insights to leadership to support informed decision-making / liliConduct intake meetings with hiring teams for new requisitions to ensure alignment, accuracy, and consistency in role expectations / liliProvide continuous communication to hiring managers and leadership regarding position status, pipeline updates, and next steps / li / ulh3Requirements / h3ulli4+ years of experience performing full-cycle recruitment / liliStrong communication skills, high integrity, flexibility, and attention to detail / liliProficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) / liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a team / liliExperience sourcing and hiring for specialized, hard-to-fill, or senior-level roles / liliProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms / liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills / li / ulh3Preferences / h3ulli3+ yrs experience in the Semiconductor Industry / lili3+ yrs experience recruiting for Sr Field Service Engineers and Specialized Skillsets / li / ulpstrongPhysical Effort / Activities : / strong On a continuous basis, will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer the telephone, and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, drive, and lift up to 25 pounds.
