A high-performing critical access hospital in Dickinson, North Dakota , is seeking Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physicians (ABEM only) for ongoing locum coverage. This facility offers a collaborative environment , manageable patient volume , and competitive pay , all while handling a wide range of acute cases that keep your skills sharp.

Key Details

Location : Dickinson, ND

Rate : $275 / hour

Schedule : 12-hour shifts | Days (7a–7p) and Nights (7p–7a)

Start : As soon as credentialed (temps available ~4 weeks)

Travel, lodging, and malpractice : Fully covered

Orientation : Paid

Practice Environment

Average Volume : ~1.5 patients / hour

Staffing Model :

2 physicians onsite per 24 hours (12-hour shifts)

APP coverage 10a–10p

EMR : Meditech

Support : Excellent nursing, radiology, and ancillary services

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM only)

Active ND license or IMLC eligibility

Recent clinical activity : 250+ cases within the past year

Certifications : ACLS, ATLS, PALS, DEA

Procedural Competency :

Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, Procedural Sedation, OB Deliveries, Pediatric & Adult Resuscitation
