RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
- Develop ongoing networking relationships
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Prior insurance sales / customer service experience preferredSales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredCustomer service experience in a professional settingSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferredAbility to effectively relate to a customerProperty & Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)Life and Health license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
