[job_card.job_description]At least 2 years of recent title insurance sales experience (required). Real estate industry experience is a plus. Proven track record in sales and marketing. Strong communication and relationship?building skills. Self?motivated and goal?oriented. Job Description
Old Republic Title is a leader in title and escrow services, helping clients navigate real estate transactions with exceptional customer service.
Location & Travel
Location : This role can be located in any area of Arizona where we have a branch. The position requires frequent travel, so flexibility and reliable transportation are essential. Car and cell phone allowance are provided.
What Youll Do
- Develop and implement strategies to win new business and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and other clients.
- Support existing clients to ensure long?term partnerships.
- Promote Old Republic Titles services in?person and virtually.
- Use company marketing tools to show value to clients and prospects.
- Travel within your assigned territory (company car or auto allowance provided).
- Follow all company policies and comply with state and federal regulations.
