TAX ACCOUNTANT

Responsible for the oversight of all Prolec GE US sites tax functions

Preparation and filing of Federal and SALT income tax returns

Approval and oversight of sales/use tax, property tax, and payroll tax functions

Assistance with projects/grants at the federal level

Assistance with import/export analysis

Income tax preparation and filing at both the state and federal level

Research new ways to reduce company's tax burden

Assistance with obtaining federal tax credits

Bachelor's degree in account or finance required

Public account experience preferred

Must have 5+ years corporate income tax preparation experience
