Job Title : Architectural Project Manager

Location : Raleigh NC or Philadelphia PA

Position Summary :

Architectural Project Manager is fully responsible for coordination of all project efforts to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of projects. Prepares strategic plans for project success and serves as primary liaison contact with clients. Actively manages client budgets schedules and programs; budget and schedule; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Estimates fees determines scope of work and prepares proposals and contracts for complex projects. Provides oversight and monitoring of work of less experienced project managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of projects including project set-up design and construction administration.
• Establish and maintain ongoing productive client relationships.
• Create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements.
• Manage project scheduling staffing / productivity budgets and set-up with clients sub-contractors and consultants.
• Track the financial performance of projects and ensure projects conform to contract.
• Prepare project proposals negotiate contracts and fees and tracks billings / collections.
• Experience with recruiting mentoring and coaching talent. Highly organized and responsive.
