Job OverviewTribe Lighting and Energy is seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Electrician to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you'll perform lighting repairs, lighting and control upgrades, electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across a variety of commercial job sites.

This is a full-time, travel-based position with projects primarily across Texas, Minnesota, Indiana, Louisiana, and Nebraska. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent overnight stays and consistent travel (90% of the time). Key Responsibilities-

Communicate with management and team members to plan and execute projects.-

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair lighting and electrical systems in commercial settings.-

Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.-

Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate devices in compliance with NEC and local codes.-

Organize and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies needed for jobs.-

Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time.-

Maintain clean and organized workspaces on-site.-

Travel to job sites (90% travel required) and work overnight as needed.-

Ensure all work meets safety standards and electrical codes.

Qualifications-

Minimum 4 years of commercial electrical experience required.-

High school diploma or GED.-

Valid Journeyman Electrician license (or willingness to test promptly).-

Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical safety protocols.-

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics.-

Physically able to lift, carry, climb, and work in varied environments.-

Willingness to travel frequently across multiple states.-

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reliability.

Schedule-
