A company is looking for a Homeowner Claims Subrogation Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Manages, researches, and resolves complex customer communications and issues

Maintains customer connections by understanding needs and providing empathetic service

Collaborates with Subrogation Adjusters and Litigation Attorneys to recover funds on complex property losses

Required Qualifications :

Experience in claims handling, particularly in homeowner and condominium claims

Ability to identify subrogation opportunities and refer claims appropriately

Experience in documenting claims with notes and evaluations

Capability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Experience in providing guidance and mentoring to less senior employees
