A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer concerns
Document customer interactions and maintain case management system updates
Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to address customer issues and enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education and experience
Availability to work any shift between Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm EST and on holidays
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
