BHI is actively seeking a talented Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic team in North Salt Lake City, Utah. This essential role offers a competitive salary starting at $70,000 and up (depending on experience), accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and future. You'll work in our vibrant North Salt Lake City office, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, enjoying an in-office collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in proposal development, business development, or marketing (preferably in the construction or engineering industry).
• Ability to read, interpret, and respond to complex RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate input from cross-functional teams, and ensure timely proposal submission.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, collaboration, and a team-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to produce polished, client-focused proposals and marketing materials.
