Who we are looking for:

An individual called to ministry, to be the face and point leader of a Lakepointe Church Community Campus. This individual will primarily function as the embodiment of the church’s vision at a local level.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Pastor the local campus.
• Develop and drive the campus outreach strategy.
• Identify community needs and mobilize the campus to serve.
• Leadership and development of campus staff and volunteers.
• Manage campus budget.
• Reproduce the DNA of Lakepointe at the local campus level.
• Weekend readiness.
• Serve as Host for weekend services.
• Develop Life Groups.
• Spearhead Next Steps Class and Next Step programs.
• Drive campus online presence and strategy.

Must have:

• Passionate relationship with Jesus.
• Effective, energetic communicator.
• Strong Leadership skills, proven leadership experience.
• Passion for those far from God.
• People magnet.
• Teachable spirit, humble – pursuing feedback and coaching.
• Thrives in a 2nd chair position.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial work ethic.
• Relates to multi-cultural community.
• Willingness to resides in community.

We could be a match if:

• You have a minimum of 5 years prior ministry experience.
• Previous success as a leader or manager.
• BA or BS degree preferred.
