[job_card.job_description]Meet with new patients and give them tours of our facility Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients Communicate and coordinate with patients' physicians to ensure a consistent level of care Visit patients in their homes and at other facilities on a limited basis Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations Evaluate and report on patients' progress Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries

Location : West Reading, PA 19611
Contract : 13 weeks
Shift : 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM
Rate : $60-$62 / hr
Guarantee Hours : 35 hours / week
Pay Period : Weekly
Start : ASAP
Required :
- 2+ years' professional PT experience
- Must have Physical Therapist license
- CPR and first aid certification required
