Physician Assistant.

While prior experience is preferred,

new graduates

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Care for geriatric patients with multiple comorbidities, managing an average of

8-10 patients daily

The All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program

supports seniors in receiving the care they need while living in their communities.

Who qualifies for PACE

• ? Individuals aged 55+ with Medicare or Medicaid (or both) who require a nursing home level of care but can safely live in the community with PACE support.

How does PACE work?

The program covers all necessary services, including provider visits, medications, home care, transportation, hospitalizations, and nursing home stays when required.
