Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably supporting marketing, digital, or customer experience teams.

• Hands-on experience with the Aha! suite or similar for product strategy, road mapping, and release planning.

• Proficiency in agile tools such as AHA, Agility or JIRA.

• Strong understanding of agile engineering practices (CI/CD, TDD, DevOps).

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Commitment to safety, security, and diversity in the workplace.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience supporting marketing technology platforms, campaign operations, or customer data initiatives.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and scaled agile frameworks. Preferably AWS, SFMC and SAFe, LeSS and Nexus.

• Certified in one or more: CSM, CSPO, SAFe, ICP, or equivalent.
