Investment Sales Agent Opportunity
Learn to become an Investment Sales Agent with one of the strongest commercial platforms in the country. Marcus & Millichap South Bay is looking for a licensed and motivated professional who wants to build a long-term career in investment sales through structured training, rewarding commissions, and direct mentorship. A real estate license is required for this opportunity.
First year earning potential when hitting goals : $160,000+
As an Investment Sales Agent, you will learn to work with private and institutional investors, identify acquisition and disposition opportunities, analyze property value, and manage transactions from beginning to end. With access to a robust investor database, proprietary technology, and hands-on guidance, you will focus on building strong relationships while gaining meaningful transaction experience in the South Bay market.
This opportunity is ideal for analytical, business-minded professionals who are ready to develop expertise in commercial real estate with the support of proven systems and a well-respected national brand.
