Job Title : Customer Support Specialist

Location : Hybrid (onsite + remote)

Position Type : Full-Time- Contract (Temp)

Pay Range : $24-$25 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on assisting customers with account-related inquiries and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account inquiries and support requests.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate account information and update records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex account-related concerns.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for account setup, billing, and maintenance.
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
